It is very important that we respect the space that is provided to us because without the help of our sponsors, clinics could not take place.
Below are a few clinic etiquette and mobile manners guidelines:
Please clean up after your pet.
Accidents happen. It's no big deal (happens all the time) so please don't be embarrassed.
Please be prepared to clean up after your pet(s). Bags are available if needed.
Be patient.
We will serve every client at our locations. We do our best to arrive at the posted times however,
it is possible we may arrive late to a clinic due to the number of clients at the previous clinic.
Be respectful.
Please refrain from using foul language.
Like our sponsors, we like to provide a family friendly environment at our clinics. We are here to help you and your pet(s)
and we reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not follow clinic etiquette and mobile manners.
